SLOVAK PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
Salt and pepper
3 c. sauerkraut
1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1 tsp. brown sugar
4 tsp. paprika

Flour, salt and pepper the pork chops. Brown on both sides in a little oil. Arrange the drained sauerkraut on top of the browned chops in same pan. Put the brown sugar and paprika on top. Pour over the tomatoes. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes or until the pork chops are tender. Take chops and sauerkraut out onto a deep dish. Put a little flour into the sauce to thicken. Pour over the chops and kraut.
