1 lb. lean ground round
1 lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lg. can Hunts tomato sauce
2 rounded tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients, except tomato sauce. Shape and place in covered casserole with 1/2 cup of water. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Cover with tomato sauce; reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake an additional 25 minutes or until done. This makes a gravy that is great over mashed potatoes.
