BUTTERMILK BRAN MUFFINS 
5 c. flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk
4 eggs
1 (15 oz.) Raisin Bran (we add more raisins)

Add buttermilk to bran; let stand until liquid is absorbed. Beat together sugar, oil and eggs until light and fluffy. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Blend into egg mixture alternately with bran mixture. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
