SHORTBREAD COOKIES 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. soft butter

Mix dry ingredients. Blend with butter. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Cut into circles with the top of a juice glass. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 10-20 minutes.
