1 lb. ground hot pork sausage, room temperature
8 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 c. Bisquick

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Use a large mixing bowl. With hands combine sausage and cheese together.

Add Bisquick and blend in thoroughly.

Roll in marble size ball and place on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
