BAKED HAM AND TORTILLAS 
1 doz. flour tortillas
12 thin slices ham
12 thin slices Monterey Jack cheese
2 cans Ortega green chilies
2 cans Aunt Penny's white sauce
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. Cheddar cheese

Roll the cheese and ham in tortilla and place in greased 11 x 13 inch baking dish. Place strips of chilies over each tortilla. Heat white sauce and add grated Cheddar cheese. Simmer until melted and pour over tortillas. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with refried beans and Spanish rice.
