PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple in its own juice
1 c. or less sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 sticks butter, melted
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Soft bread crumbs

Beat eggs, add all ingredients except for bread crumbs and butter. Pour in casserole or baking dish. Break up enough bread crumbs, into melted butter, to absorb butter. Spread on top of other ingredients, and sprinkle with some extra cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Can be done in a microwave also.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
