CAKE MIXTURE:

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
2/3 c. oil
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. water

CHEESE MIXTURE:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 pkg. chocolate chips

Fill cups 1/2 full of cake mix. Then put small spoonful of cheese mixture in middle. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
