TOFU ONION PIE 
Crescent rolls for crust
1/4 c. oil
5 onions, cut in rings
1/2 lb. tofu
1/4 c. oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. vinegar

Saute onions in oil until clear. Add all the rest, blend. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
