VIDALIA ONION PIE 
1 1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
2 or 3 lg. Vidalia onions, sliced
1 stick butter
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt

Line the bottom of an 8"x8" baking pan with the crushed crackers. Saute the onions in the butter until soft. Top the crackers with the sauteed onions and butter. Combine milk, flour, eggs and salt and pour over the onions. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until set.
