GLAZE FOR CHICKEN-PORK-BEEF 
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
5 oz. soy sauce
Garlic, sprinkle
Ginger, sprinkle
Dry mustard, sprinkle
sm. amount of water

This will marinate 5 lbs. of meat. Marinate meat in glaze at least 3 hours. Bake in oven at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
