CHOCOLATE BITES 
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
4 eggs
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler. Add sugar and mix. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Add flour, salt and vanilla. Pour in greased and floured 13 x 9 pan.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Cool in pan. Put pan in fridge and chill. Take out and cut into bite-size pieces. Roll in confectioners sugar.
