CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BITES 
3/4 c. brown sugar
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. unsalted peanuts
2 c. peanut butter
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 stick butter

1. Mix brown sugar and confectioners' sugar together. Put into an ungreased jelly roll pan, about 15 inches x 10 inches and 1 inch deep. Flatten top with a rolling pin.

2. Melt chocolate chips and butter in top of double boiler above simmering water. Spread chocolate on peanut butter mixture.

3. Cut into bite size squares. Chill for 15-20 minutes. Serve chilled.
