CRUNCHY CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. minced onions
2 c. chopped ham
Chopped pecans or peanuts

Cream the cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Let set in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours. Form into a ball and roll in nuts. Serve with crackers.
