RHUBARB MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sour milk
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix by usual method. Sprinkle the following topping before baking: 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. chopped nuts

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Makes about 18 muffins.
