RHUBARB MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. cut rhubarb
1/2 c. oil
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

TOPPING:

1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar

Mix together ingredients and place in greased and papered muffin pan. Sprinkle with topping mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
