RHUBARB SALAD 
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. rhubarb, heated to boiling, cook 2-3 minutes
1 c. chopped apples
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped nuts
4 oz. cream cheese
Powdered sugar

Make Jello according to directions, using the pineapple juice as part of the liquid. Cool. Cook rhubarb. Add to Jello. Also, add apples, pineapple and nuts. Once firm, add cream cheese and powdered sugar.
