SPINACH SALAD 
2 bunches fresh spinach, deveined and torn
1/2 head lettuce, torn
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled 6 lg. mushrooms, sliced

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
5 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
4 heaping tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
3 green onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
5 heaping tsp. parsley
1 tsp. crushed garlic

Mix above ingredients for salad. Pour dressing over and toss well.

DRESSING: Mix ingredients well and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
