BRAISED BEEF 
14 lbs. of beef chunks

Roll the beef in flour and brown in hot fat or oil. Place in roaster bottom. Cover with 5 quarts and 1 cup of water in which 15 bouillon cubes have been dissolved. Mix 3 1/2 cups of flour into mixture. Cook 3 1/2 hours in 325 degree oven. Serves 25.
