YAKI 
3 slices bacon (cut thin)
1 lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
2/3 c. uncooked rice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. cabbage, chopped

Braise onion and bacon, add meat and cook until pink is gone. Add pepper, carrots and cabbage. Simmer without water if possible. Cook rice and add along with soy sauce. Cook until vegetables are tender. Toss and serve with additional soy sauce.
