NO BAKE CHEESECAKE 
CHEESECAKE:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (4 1/2 oz.) frozen Cool Whip
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt

Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add sugar gradually and beat well. Blend in lemon juice, vanilla and salt. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into crust. Chill until set, about 4 hours.

CRUST:

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix ingredients. Press mixture firmly and evenly in bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Chill.
