CHEESE STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
Mushroom caps
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. horseradish
6 slices bacon
1 tbsp. chives, chopped

Fry bacon, onion, green pepper. Add to softened cream cheese with milk. Add remaining ingredients. Fill caps. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 25 minutes.
