MINT BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's syrup
1 stick butter
4 eggs

Prepare brownies by mixing ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes, then refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Filling:

1/2 c. butter, softened
4 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. milk
1 to 2 tsp. peppermint flavoring
15 drops green food coloring

Prepare filling by mixing ingredients. Spread over brownies. Refrigerate 20 minutes.

Glaze:

1 stick butter
12 oz. chocolate chips

Melt butter and chocolate chips and spread over filling. Return to refrigerator for 45 minutes before cutting. Cut in small squares. Very rich!
