WATER CHESTNUTS 
3 lb. bacon, cut slices into thirds
2 cans whole water chestnuts

Wrap water chestnuts in bacon. Secure with toothpick and brown in skillet or microwave. Drain on paper towel. Bring sauce below to a boil and pour over bacon-chestnuts. Heat all in slow oven (200 degrees) for 1 hour.

SAUCE:

2 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
1 (32 oz.) jug catsup
Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
