SUPER HAM GLAZE 
8 to 10 lbs. picnic ham
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. orange rind, grated
1/4 c. port wine
Cloves
1 tsp. dry mustard

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange a large piece of aluminum foil in the bottom of baking pan.

Discard excess fat from ham; place ham in center of foil.

In a small bowl, blend sugar, pepper, cinnamon, orange rind, port wine, cloves and dry mustard. Spread over ham. Fold up foil to seal ham.

Bake ham in preheated oven for 2 hours. 16 to 20 servings.
