FRENCH ONION SOUP 
3 lg. Spanish onions
5 tbsp. melted butter
1 can consomme soup
4 beef bouillon cubes in 3 c. water
1 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Salt and pepper
Croutons
Mozzarella cheese

Slice onions into rings, brown in melted butter in large pans until onions are tender. Add consomme soup, bouillon cubes (cubes are dissolved in hot water), Kitchen Bouquet, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes. Place soup in onion soup dishes with croutons and slice of cheese over soup in oven at 300 degrees. Let cheese brown slightly. Serve and enjoy.
