Pointed sugar ice cream cones
Favorite flavor ice cream
Jelly beans, licorice or M&M'S®, gumdrops

Take 1 full, rounded scoop of ice cream and put on wax paper. Make a face out of candies and put in freezer to harden a few minutes. Remove and put ice cream cone on ice cream. Cut gumdrops in half and stick on cone to decorate hat. Enjoy.
