1 box cake mix of your choice
12 flat bottomed ice cream cones

Follow directions on cake mix for mixing. Pour batter into cones, filling them to the first rim of the cone. Place each cone in a muffin tin to stabilize. Bake according to cake mix directions for muffins. Check with a toothpick for doneness before removing from oven. Cool. Use your favorite prepared frosting and coat with various toppings. Children enjoy making these as well as eating them.
