CHILI CON QUESO 
1 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
10 oz. cheddar cheese
6 oz. green chili peppers
1 clove of crushed garlic
1 pint of half and half
4 tbsp. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. Crisco

Saute onion in Crisco, add chili peppers, garlic. Add cheeses cook over low heat until cheeses are melted. Add half and half and stir until mixture is well mixed. For best results serve in a fondue dish.
