ROCKY ROAD FUDGE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 pkg. Betty Crocker rocky road frosting mix

Line bottom of loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches, with aluminum foil, leaving one inch of foil at each end. Heat butter in milk in medium saucepan over low heat until butter melts and mixture just begins to simmer.

Remove from heat, stir in frosting mix (dry). Heat over low heat stirring constantly with rubber scraper until smooth and glossy, 1-2 minutes. Do not overcook! Remove from heat; spread mixture evenly in pan. Refrigerate until firm. Lift fudge out of pan; cut into squares. Makes 1 pound or 32 (1-inch) squares.
