FISH CHOWDER 
1 med. onion
3 to 4 cloves garlic
1 med. green pepper
1 qt. whole tomatoes
1 c. red wine
1 to 2 tsp. oregano
1/2 lb. fresh shrimp
1/2 lb. lobster (optional)
1/2 to 1 lb. fresh clams, cleaned well
1/2 lb. haddock or flounder

If using canned clams, add juice first.

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Add green pepper, tomatoes, red wine, and oregano. Simmer about 1/2 hour. Add seafood and cook until done. Serves 4.
