TOFFEE GRAHAMS 
1 box graham crackers
1 bag chocolate chips
1 c. brown sugar
1 lb. butter
2 c. chopped nuts

Combine 1 cup brown sugar with 1 pound butter. Simmer on stove until mixture bubbles. Break each graham cracker into four pieces and place on cookie sheets. Spread brown sugar and butter mixture over graham crackers. Next, sprinkle chopped nuts over crackers.

Put into preheated oven at 350 degrees for approximately 8 minutes. Check periodically so crackers do not burn. Remove from oven. Sprinkle chocolate chips over crackers. Let crackers cool. Place cookie sheets into refrigerator to harden dessert. Remove and break crackers apart.

Try substituting peanut butterscotch chips.
