AU GRATIN POTATOES 
4 c. sliced raw potatoes
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. cheddar cheese
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter

Place potatoes in greased baking dish; blend flour and seasonings. Melt butter and blend in flour, cooking over low heat. Remove from heat. Slowly blend in milk. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Add cheese and Worcestershire sauce and stir until cheese is melted. Pour over sliced potatoes.

Melt remaining butter and add dry bread crumbs. Heat until brown. Sprinkle crumbs over cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
