GREEN BEAN AND BACON SALAD 
6 slices bacon
2 eggs, well beaten
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can green beans

Cook bacon until crisp; drain well. Crumble. Reserve 1/4 cup of the drippings. Beat together eggs, vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Add this to the bacon drippings. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Heat beans thoroughly; drain well. Arrange beans in serving dish. Pour hot dressing over beans. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
