FUDGEY BROWNIES | |
1 stick butter 2 ounces unsweetened cocoa 1 cup sugar 2 large eggs 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/3 cup flour 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional) Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter and cocoa in medium pan over low heat. Stir together and remove from heat. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix well then stir in flour and salt. Add nuts (either to batter or as I prefer to sprinkle on top). Spread mix into buttered 8 inch pan, bake until set about 23 to 25 minutes depending on your oven.
