ROULADEN (BEEF ROLLS) 
Beef (for Brioche)
Bacon
1 onion, chopped
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Mustard (Grey Poupon)

Pound beef with mallet until tender. Cut beef in 6 inch long pieces. Spread mustard on beef. Put 1 piece of bacon on each slice of meat. Add chopped onions, parsley, salt and pepper. Roll (like a small jelly roll), fasten with toothpicks. Brown the meat. Add a little water. "Pot Roast" for a 1 hour. Make gravy from liquid after removing meat.
