Sirloin steak, chip steak, have Butcher cut steak 1/2 inch thick just a little on each steak Salt and pepper Mustard Bacon Onions Pickles (Kosher) Flour to dredge 1 c. water Salt and pepper on one side of steak and then put a slice of bacon and a little onion and mustard and pickles on top. Roll the steak from the small side, fasten with toothpicks roll in flour. Brown in a small amount of hot oil add a small amount water and simmer for an hour and half. |
