BROCCOLI CORN BREAD 
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cottage cheese
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 pkg. quick corn muffin mix

In mixing bowl, combine melted butter, onion, salt, cottage cheese, broccoli and beaten eggs. Blend. Stir in muffin mix. Pour into greased 13"x9"x2" pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into serving size squares.
