CHOCOLATE FONDUE 
6 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 c. light cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter and chocolate together. Add cream, sugar and salt and cook on medium 5 minutes until thicken. Stir constantly. Add vanilla and serve with any of these for dipping: angel food cake, marshmallows, bananas, apples, pineapple, strawberries, mandarin oranges.
