HAMBURGER STEAK 
2 lbs. hamburger
3/4 chopped onion
1 sm. green pepper
1 1/2 c. ketchup
Dash salt
Dash pepper

Shape hamburger in "large" thick patties. Place in electric skillet on 250 degrees. Sprinkle onions and green peppers on top, pour ketchup on top of that. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat slowly, turning once. After you turn, spoon surrounding sauce over patties. Cook until sauce thickens, about 30 to 45 minutes.
