TURKEY AND DRESSING 
8 c. diced celery
5 med. diced onions
6 qt. crumbled cornbread (no sugar)
6 slices toasted bread
2 lb. fried pan sausage
2 tbsp. or less poultry seasoning
1/2 boiled hen
8 raw eggs
2 sm. jars instant chicken bouillon

Boil hen using black pepper and bouillon. No salt. Boil giblets from turkey using black pepper and bouillon. No salt. Save all broth. Fry sausage and drain well. Saute celery and onions using fat from hen or butter or oil.

Mix cornbread, toast, sausage, 1/2 hen chipped, poultry seasoning, celery, onions, eggs and black pepper. Mix well and add broth. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. (Time will vary depending on thickness of dressing in pan.

Bake turkey using bouillon, water, black pepper and some salt. Stuff turkey with raw celery and onions (not the sauteed) save broth.

Gravy: Use broth and chip giblets and neck. Thicken with flour water. Add 3 boiled eggs.
