PERSIMMON PUDDING 
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. persimmons
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

In large bowl, put persimmons, which have been pressed through a colander. Then add milk, eggs and dry ingredients.

Bake in a shallow pan about 20 minutes at 325°F.
