PUMPKIN CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. pumpkin (canned)
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into greased pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting when cool.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. pecans

Cream together butter and powdered sugar. Add cream cheese and pecans.
