BREAKFAST BRAN MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter, soft
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. white flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 c. any flavor yogurt
1 c. chopped walnuts

Cream butter and sugar; blend in eggs. Add flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Add bananas and yogurt; stir in nuts. Pour batter in well greased muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool 1 hour before removing from pan. Keeps well in refrigerator. Makes 1 dozen muffins.
