RHUBARB UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
1 white or yellow cake mix, melt 1 stick butter and add to cake mix
4 or 5 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. cream

Make cake (plus butter) according to directions on cake box. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle rhubarb over top of cake. Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb and then pour cream over entire mixture.

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. When cake is done, turn cake over onto platter and let sugary glaze run down the sides.
