CHICKEN CUTLETS 
2 bags frozen broccoli
4 chicken breasts, deboned & skinned
Bread crumbs
Bread stuffing (homemade or Stove Top)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. med. sharp Cheddar cheese

Place frozen broccoli in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish. Wrap chicken breast around a handful of bread stuffing, then roll stuffed breasts in bread crumbs. Place stuffed chicken breasts on top of frozen broccoli. Heat soup and cheese in saucepan until cheese is melted. Pour over chicken and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
