SAVOURY CHICKEN AND RIBS 
This tastes AMAZING! The meat is fall of the bone so really you don't need to do anything to it while it is cooking.

3 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken (drums & thighs work best)
2 lb. pork spareribs

SAUCE:

1 1/2 cups tomato juice
1/2 cup ketchup (Hunts)
1/2 cup golden syrup (I use Rogers)
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix together sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together, then add to a broiler pan. At this point add the meat in a single layer.

Bake at 375°F for 90 minutes.

Serve rice as a side dish and utilize the sauce for it. Bread/buns work well to soak up the sauce as well. Submitted by: Mike
