ORANGE SATIN FROSTING 
2 egg whites
1 1/2 tsp. light corn syrup
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. orange juice
Dash of salt
8 marshmallows
Yellow food coloring

Cut the marshmallows in small pieces and set aside until ready to use them. Combine the egg whites, sugar, corn syrup, orange juice and salt in the top of a double boiler and beat for one minute. Cook mixture over boiling water, beating constantly until it forms peaks or for about seven minutes. Remove from heat, add the orange rind, marshmallows and enough yellow food color to tint delicately. Beat until partially cooled. Spread on top and sides of cooled cake.
