INSTANT CREAM PIE 
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant pudding
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 inch) baked pie shell
Whipped cream

In bowl combine pudding mix, sour cream, and milk; beat with a rotary beater until blended and slightly thickened. Pour into pie shell. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set. At serving time garnish with whipped cream.

Use any flavor, such as banana cream and add sliced bananas. Coconut cream and add coconut. Vanilla cream and add any kind of drained fruit. Variations are endless.
