BROWN SUGAR PECAN ROUNDS 
1/2 c. butter, soft
1 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix brown sugar, egg, and butter. Stir in flour and pecans. Drop by spoonfuls about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Dough will flatten and spread. Bake 12-15 minutes. Yield: approximately 3 dozen.
